Frank Capicotto

Director 1

My name is Frank Capicotto and I have been with the North Mississauga Soccer Club for 12 years. I started off coaching my daughter in house league from when she was U4 to U7. A year later I took the soccer coaching levels, therefore, allowing me to coach the GU8 All-Star team for 1 season. When my daughter started in the rep program that’s when I took on another role with the club as a house league convenor. At the same time, I was also the manager for my daughter’s team until U13.

I took on the role of the house league head convenor 4 years ago and at the same time was the head of The Sounding Board.

I have been on the board of directors going onto my 5th year, working with other board members and the NMSC staff to make this the best soccer club in Mississauga and Ontario.

Steve Senderovich

Head Referee Coordinator

Being an IT professional by trade, and over 20 years of the beautiful game being my hobby, has allowed me to achieve many accomplishments and soak in several life lessons along the way.

From the wonderful trek of playing the game, coaching, and ultimately refereeing, I have met many wonderful people. I have also had the privilege of officiating in multiple sought-after leagues and competitions, both locally and overseas.

I know that no single approach is the right way to grow every single referee, so I have been trained in a range of modalities including mentorship, instructing, and assessing. Bringing this innovation and team structure to NMSC, I am certain we can achieve new heights of refereeing accolades in a healthy, fun, and supporting environment. We are going to work together and progress one call at a time.
