Purpose of the meeting:
1) Approve the minutes of the 2015 Annual General Meeting
2) Receive the Directors Reports
3) Receive the Audited Financial Statements and approve the Auditors for 2017
4) Elect the Directors for the following positions
- Vice-President (2-year term)
- Secretary (2-year term)
- Treasurer (2-year term)
- Director at Large II (2-year term)
5) Other business as brought forward by the members
Board of Directors – Nominations:
Nominations for Board positions must be submitted to the Secretary of the NMSC (secretary@nmsc.net) on or before October 14th, 2016 in accordance with Article IX of the NMSC Constitution. Nominations may also be accepted from the floor at the AGM.
