On October 28, 2021, the Club notified members of the 2020/21 Indoor Season and 2021 Outdoor Season that it will be hosting its Annual General Meeting on November 28, 2021, at 5:00 pm.
The Club announced that the positions of President; Director of Competitive; Director of Development; Director-at-Large (I); and, Director-at-Large (II) will be elected at the AGM. All nominees must be present at the AGM to accept their nomination for the two (2) year term except the elected Director-at-large (2) will serve a balance of term and will be up for re-election in 2022. Members in attendance will vote on positions with more than one (1) candidate/nominee during the AGM.

The AGM will be held in a virtual format using Zoom Webinar and preregistration will be required to attend the AGM. The member must have a child registered in programs delivered from October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021. Adult Members (age 18 or older) are eligible to vote and include non-parent coaches, adult members (i.e. League 1, U21 Reserve), and board members. The deadline to submit your preregistration is November 26, 2021 at 4:00 pm EST.
Before submitting your preregistration, please ensure that your email matches your Power Up Sports record (Primary or Supplemental Email Address). If your emails do not match, the preregistration will be declined. Instructions to update your Power Up Sports account is attached. Further assistance is available by contacting info@nmsc.net.
