Divisions
- Men’s and Women’s divisions are available (2004 and older)
- 11v11 format
- 15/18-player roster for the Women’s division and 20-player roster for Men’s divisions
15-week program including play-offs
- Women’s League (Tuesday) – May 23rd to September 19th, 2023
- Men’s League (Friday) – May 26th to September 22nd, 2023
- Locations:
- Men’s – Fallingbrook Park (grass), Meadowvale Sports Park (grass), Paramount FFC (turf), Iceland (turf).
- Women’s – Mattamy Sports Park (formerly known as Churchill Meadows Community Centre).

- Men’s division:
- Player Registration – $299;
- Team Registration – $3900 (refer a new team and receive $100 off).
- Women’s division:
- Player Registration – $299;
- Team Registration – $3700 (refer a new team, and receive $100 off).

Format
- Men’s division – 11v11; 2 x 45 min halves
- Women’s division – 11v11; 2 x 45 min halves (the club reserves a right to adjust the format to 9v9 in July and August due to holidays and players’ unavailability)
- Exclusions:
- Men’s League: June 30th, August 4th, September 1st, 2023
- Women’s League: July 4th, August 8th, September 5th, 2023

REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MAY 7th, 2023
Player Registration
- Individuals players can join the league by selecting “2023 Outdoor Adult League (Player Registration)” in NMSC PowerUp
- Players will be rostered prior to the beginning of the season and will be able to view their team’s schedule in NMSC PowerUp
- Players will be provided with the NMSC uniform kits
- “Playing Together with a Friend” request can be submitted online during your registration for the program. It will be one of the last questions in your registration form.
Team Registration
- Captains can register their teams by selecting “Teams & Tournaments” in NMSC PowerUp Registration Centre
- Captains will be asked to submit their team’s name and primary contact information while completing registration
- Once a payment is completed, captains are required to invite individual players to join their roster by selecting “Manage Team” in NMSC PowerUp Registration Centre
- Individual team members must complete their registration by May 14th, 2023
- All teams must have a complete set of matching numbered jerseys. Teams may re-use their existing uniforms, purchase them through the NMSC or purchase them from their own supplier.
