On October 18, 2020, the Club notified members of the 2019/20 Indoor Season and 2020 Outdoor Season that it will be hosting its Annual General Meeting on November 29, 2020 at 5:00 pm. The meeting will be held in virtual format and details will be sent to out in two weeks.
At the AGM, members will elect the positions of Vice-President; Secretary; Treasurer; and, Director-at-Large (II). Nominations for positions on the Board of Directors may be made by any Voting Member. Nominees must be present at the meeting to accept their nomination. An elected Director may serve for the maximum two (2) year term and then the individual must seek re-election in order to continue as a Director.

Director-at-large (II): Patrick Guirguis
