On October 18, 2020, the Club notified members of the 2019/20 Indoor Season and 2020 Outdoor Season that it will be hosting its Annual General Meeting on November 29, 2020, at 5:00 pm.

On October 30, 2020, the Club announced that the positions of Vice-President; Secretary; Treasurer; and, Director-at-Large (II) will be elected at the AGM. All nominees must be present at the AGM to accept their nomination for the two (2) year term. Members in attendance will vote on positions with more than one (1) candidate/nominee during the AGM.

The AGM will be held in a virtual format using Zoom Webinar, and preregistration will be required to attend the AGM. The member must have a child registered in programs delivered from October 1, 2019, to September 30, 2020. Adult Members (age 18 or older) are eligible to vote and include non-parent coaches, adult members (i.e. League 1, U21 Reserve), and board members. The deadline to submit your preregistration is November 27, 2020 at 12:00 pm.

Before submitting your preregistration, please ensure that your email matches your Power Up Sports record (Primary or Supplemental Email Address). The Annual Reports will be distributed on November 27, 2020.
