NMSC Take Home Several Awards at the League1 Ontario Banquet, Including Men’s Goal of The Year & Women’s Coach of the Year!

This past Sunday, November 12th,  the North Mississauga Soccer Club took home several awards from the 2017 League1 Ontario Banquet, including the Men’s Goal of the Year and Women’s Coach of the Year! Congratulations!

Message from the NMSC Technical Director & League 1 Women’s Head Coach, Jhon Ardila:

I am receiving this award on behalf of the NMSC and its members. What a club NMSC is. During the last decade NMSC  has been building little by little a solid foundation and structure based on player and coaching development, suitable to our community needs and provincial standards.

From our Recreational leagues to our High Performance programs (OPDL and League1 Ontario), NMSC is always in support of the Ontario Soccer initiatives.  This award is in recognition of the efforts – big efforts –  that NMSC is doing to be a part of Canada’s elite clubs.

I also wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the individuals involved in this League1 journey: the Club’s staff and volunteers—those individuals working behind the scenes, booking fields, working on game day organization and player registration. Special thanks to our Team Managers: Rita and Ada, and to our Coaching Staff: Coach Trevor and Coach Mladen. This could not have happened without your unwavering commitment and dedication to making this team and specifically this season; a memorable one!

Last but not least I want to acknowledge all of our players from the seniors to youngsters.  Thank you for your commitment and your dedication throughout the season!

Again thank you for voting me as the L1 Women’s Coach of the Year. The club will accept this award as Coaching Staff of the Year!

Our Club

The North Mississauga Soccer Club is dedicated to the development of well-balanced, successful players at both the recreation and competitive level. The club is committed to the development of its coaches, referees and players to their potential through the instruction of the tactical, technical, physical and psychological aspects of soccer. 

Recreational Programs

North Mississauga SC offers a range of recreational soccer programs that allow athletes to stay active and develop social skills. All recreational programs are offered only once a week to allow players to combine soccer with other activities.

We proudly announce our transition to the Liverpool Football Club International Academy (“LFC IA Mississauga”) as we rebrand our Grassroots programs effective October 1, 2023, bringing the Liverpool Football Club, world-renowned brand and expertise to our dedicated players, staff and Community.
