OUR PROGRAMS
The sessions will be led by Certified Technical Coaches with the assistance of parent volunteers and under the leadership of the Grassroots Manager. The focus is to introduce players to the game of soccer. It provides an opportunity for players to use their imaginations, be creative and learn through trial and error. We offer age and stage appropriate development activities suitable for this physical and cognitive stage of development.

- Skills: each player is provided with a soccer ball and is encouraged to have a lot of touches. Emphasis is on developing physical literacy and fundamental movement skills.
