PROGRAM OVERVIEW
- Format of the program: Game-based technical soccer activities (dribbling, running with the ball, shooting) and small-sided games within the players’ training group (2v2, 3v3, 4v4, 5v5)
- Divisions: The program is now offered separately for female and male players in the U5/6, U7, U8/9 age groups
- Friend Request: Players can request to be placed in the same team with their friend(s) during registration
- Skills Required: Players of all skills level are welcome to the program
- The program’s weekly schedule will be posted online and can be accessed through your PowerUp Sports registration account
- What to expect: The program provides an opportunity for players to use their imaginations, be creative and learn through trial and error. We offer age and stage appropriate development activities suitable for this physical and cognitive stage of development. The physical curriculum involves children playing in activities that build basic fundamental movement skills such as: running- jumping- twisting- throwing- catching.
WINTER PROGRAM 2024
- Open for players born in 2015 (U9), 2016 (U8), 2017 (U7), 2018 (U6), 2019 (U5)
- NEW 2023/2024: The program is now offered separately for female and male players
- 10 weeks: January 13th – March 23rd, 2024
- Exclusion Date: No session on March 16th, 2024 (March Break Week)
- Day: Saturdays
- Time: 8:30am – 9:30am
- Location: Mattamy Sports Park Dome
- Address: 5320 Ninth Line
- Includes: jersey, shorts, one pair of socks
- If your player(s) did not participate in our 2023 Fall Recreational Program, uniforms will be distributed on field during the first session.
- If you have missed the first week, you must pick up uniforms at our clubhouse located on 10 Falconer Drive, Unit 12.
- Price Schedule:
- $265 until December 3rd, 2023;
- $285 until December 24th, 2023;
- $300 is the Final Fee
FALL PROGRAM 2023
- Open for players born in 2015 (U9), 2016 (U8), 2017 (U7), 2018 (U6), 2019 (U5)
- NEW 2023/2024: The program is now offered separately for female and male players in the U5/6, U7, U8/9 age groups
- Coaches: Program is delivered by the Technical Staff under supervision of the Recreational Manager
- 10 weeks: October 14th – December 16th, 2023
- Day: Saturdays
- Time: 8:30am – 9:30am
- Location: Mattamy Sports Park Dome
- Address: 5320 Ninth Line
- Includes: jersey, shorts, one pair of socks
- Uniforms will be distributed on field during the first session.

DISCOUNTS INDOOR 2023/2024
FAMILY DISCOUNT: Register 3 or more children into the Indoor Recreational programs, and receive a one-time discount of $25 per child
FALL & WINTER COMBO DISCOUNT: Register for both – Fall and Winter Indoor programs, and receive $25 account credit per player
- PARENTS MUST PROVIDE PLAYERS WITH SHIN PADS AND SOCCER CLEATS (SHOES) FOR SAFETY.
- THE CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE FIELD LOCATIONS, DAYS OF WEEK, AND TIME OF PLAY BASED ON COVID RESTRICTIONS, FIELD AVAILABILITY AND REGISTRATION NUMBERS.
