Club History
North Mississauga Soccer Club was founded in 1974 as Streetsville Meadowvale Soccer Club, officially becoming NMSC in 1982. Today we’re one of the largest and most reputable soccer clubs in Mississauga.
Originally a youth club, NMSC added Men’s and Women’s semi-professional teams in League1 Ontario in 2015 and 2016 — and was one of the first eight founding clubs of the League1 Ontario Women’s Division. In 2015, the women’s team won the first ever League1 Ontario League Cup.
Alumni include Doneil Henry (West Ham United, 2015) and Liam Millar (Liverpool FC, 2016). Our NMSC 5-a-side Blind Soccer team won gold at the 2022 Ontario Parasport Games. Our history is long-standing — and we’re excited for the future of soccer in Canada.
