The NMSC OPL Reserve (U20) program offers players the opportunity to compete at a higher level in Ontario Premier League Reserve play, with a clear focus on preparing athletes for post-secondary soccer in a positive, high-standard environment.
PROGRAM DETAILS
- Program Name: NMSC OPL Reserve Program (U20)
- Age Group: U20 (Born 2007–2009)
- Gender: Men & Women (separate teams)
- Program Fee: Includes all training and league fees (coaching and facilities), a tracksuit, a training kit, uniforms, registration fees for two showcase tournaments, and Ontario Indoor Cup registration. Travel costs for all tournaments are not included and are the responsibility of families.
- Program Length: Year-round (winter and summer seasons)
- Schedule & Team Assignment: Winter — one gym session and two turf sessions per week, plus a 12-session Strength & Conditioning program at The Lab. Summer — two turf sessions and one grass session per week, plus league games. Players must attend a Discovery Day Talent ID session before registering.
