PROGRAM OVERVIEW
- Format of the program: 7v7 or 5v5 recreational league games (25-minutes halves). Playing format depends on the number of total players registered.
- Divisions: Girls’ and boys’ divisions are offered separately in the U10/11 and U12/13 age groups.
- Friend Request (Winter Program): Players can request to be placed in the same team with their friend(s) during registration. Play-together requests will be accepted until December 30th. You can request up to 2 friends to be rostered in the same team. Only reciprocated requests will be entertained.
- Skills Required: Players of all skills level are welcome to the program
- The program’s weekly schedule will be posted online and can be accessed through your PowerUp Sports registration account
WINTER PROGRAM 2024
- Open for players born in 2011 (U13), 2012 (U12), 2013 (U11), 2014 (U10)
- NEW 2023/2024: The program is now offered separately for female and male players
- Coaches: Program is delivered by the Technical Staff under supervision of the Recreational Manager
- 10 weeks: January 13th to March 23rd, 2024
- Exclusion Date: No session on March 16th, 2024 (March Break Week)
- Day: Saturdays
- Time:
- U10/U11: 9:45am – 10:45am;
- U12/13: 11am – 12pm
- Location: Mattamy Sports Park Dome
- Address: 5320 Ninth Line
- Includes: jersey, shorts, one pair of socks
- If your player(s) did not participate in our 2023 Fall Recreational Program, uniforms will be distributed on field during the first session.
- If you have missed the first week, you must pick up uniforms at our clubhouse located on 10 Falconer Drive, Unit 12.
- Price Schedule:
- $265 until December 3rd, 2023;
- $285 until December 24th, 2023;
- $300 is the Final Fee
FALL PROGRAM 2023
- Open for players born in 2011 (U13), 2012 (U12), 2013 (U11), 2014 (U10)

DISCOUNTS INDOOR 2023/2024
FAMILY DISCOUNT: Register 3 or more children into the Indoor Recreational programs, and receive a one-time discount of $25 per child
FALL & WINTER COMBO DISCOUNT: Register for both – Fall and Winter Indoor programs, and receive $25 discount per player
- PARENTS MUST PROVIDE PLAYERS WITH SHIN PADS AND SOCCER CLEATS (SHOES) FOR SAFETY.
- THE CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE FIELD LOCATIONS, DAYS OF WEEK, AND TIME OF PLAY BASED ON COVID RESTRICTIONS, FIELD AVAILABILITY AND REGISTRATION NUMBERS.
