PROGRAM OVERVIEW
- Format of the program: 7v7 or 5v5 recreational league games (25-minutes halves). Playing format depends on the number of total players registered.
- Divisions: Girls’ and boys’ divisions are offered separately in the U14/15 and U16/17/18 age groups.
- Friend Request: Players can request to be placed in the same team with their friend(s) during registration. Play-together requests will be accepted until one week prior to the start of the season. You can request up to 2 friends to be rostered in the same team. Only reciprocated requests will be entertained.
- Skills Required: Players of all skills level are welcome to the program.
- The program’s weekly schedule will be posted online and can be accessed through your PowerUp Sports registration account.
WINTER PROGRAM 2024
- Open for players born 2010-2009 (U14/U15); and 2006, 2007, 2008 (U16, U17, U18)
- NEW 2023/2024: The program is now offered separately for female and male players
- Coaches & Volunteers: Teams are led by the by the volunteer-parents; volunteer-parents will receive 50% discount towards their child’s registration, please contact us at info@nmsc.net to receive the discount prior to completing your registration.
- 10 weeks: January 13th to March 23rd, 2024 (Saturday program); January 14th to March 24th, 2024 (Sunday program)
- Exclusion Dates: No sessions on March 16th and March 17th, 2024 (March Break Week)
- Day & Time:
- U14/U15 Girls : Saturday, 12pm – 1pm;
- U14/U15 Boys : Saturday, 12pm – 1pm;
- U16/17/18 Girls : Sunday 1:30pm – 2:30pm;
- U16/17/18 Boys : Sunday 12:30pm or 1:30pm kick-off (depends on a total number of registered players).
- Location: Mattamy Sports Park Dome
- Address: 5320 Ninth Line
- Includes: jersey, shorts, one pair of socks
- If your player(s) did not participate in our 2023 Fall Recreational Program, uniforms will be distributed on field during the first session.
- If you have missed the first week, you must pick up uniforms at our clubhouse located on 10 Falconer Drive, Unit 12.
- Price Schedule:
- $265 until December 3rd, 2023;
- $285 until December 24th, 2023;
- $300 is the Final Fee

DISCOUNTS INDOOR 2023/2024
- FAMILY DISCOUNT: Register 3 or more children into the Indoor Recreational programs, and receive a one-time discount of $25 per child
- FALL & WINTER COMBO DISCOUNT: Register for both – Fall and Winter Indoor programs, and receive $25 account credit per player
- PARENTS MUST PROVIDE PLAYERS WITH SHIN PADS AND SOCCER CLEATS (SHOES) FOR SAFETY.
