As part of the North Mississauga Technical Staff and reporting to the Management Team, this position is responsible for providing leadership and overseeing the development of one of the Club’s OPDL teams including the player development that is aligned with the Club’s Vision and Mission. The position assists with the management of all aspects of the OPDL team including its games, practices, off field activities and program/season planning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in training/match day preparation (i.e: organization, exercises)
  • Travel with the teams and attend competitions.
  • Assist head coach with scouting, identification and selection of players into the OPDL team.
  • Manages the game management forms, game sheets and substitution sheets before and during the games
  • Lead and manage the delivery of on-field training sessions
