If you are now a U18 OYSL female player, looking for a new home before University or College, we have positions available in the top level of the women’s league in the Province! UNIVERSITY & COLLEGE COACHES ARE IMPRESSED TO SEE THIS ON YOUR PLAYER RESUME!
We competed as a U17 team in 2017 after leaving the OYSL – every game a battle against teams of Canadian & U.S. University players, finishing 5th. Now we’re preparing for the 2018 season (and beyond!) looking for difference makers for our accomplish squad, the core of which has been together almost ten years and is coached by a veteran Coaching staff.
The Ontario Women’s Soccer League (OWSL) is a fantastic, well run league featuring good fields and top Refs. The season is compressed, 14 games between May and August. Season ends July 31, perfect for U.S. or Canadian training camp obligations, or just time to break before heading off to University or College. Limited travel, we play in the South Division of the Province.
Over the winter we are planning a mix of training & Canadian University showcases as U18 (e.g. FC Durham, Umbro (where we were division champions two years in a row) and Ontario Cup (U18), plus friendly games v. Canadian University and College teams.
